CF8 Failed to decrypt vendor, will result in developer license

Hello,

 

I have a CF8 standard license. When I restarted my CF services, I just throw "A License Exception has occured."

 

I tried to reapply the license but it do not change the CF Edition in my CF admin. It says "Developer", checking the logs, I found this:

Any idea? Any help is really really appreciated.
